Known by colleagues and clients for her tenacity, perseverance, honesty and fairness, Courtney also has a reputation for her timely response to clients’ needs and concerns. Courtney has worked in the real estate and home-building industry since 2000. She brings extensive knowledge of the real estate market and home building to her position as a real estate agent – and offers outstanding customer service.

Courtney is a 12th-generation native of Montgomery County, Maryland. Her maiden name, Veirs, has an incredible history, and many people might recognize the name as they drive Veirs Mill Road. All are part of her family’s legacy in the region. Her family has been buying and selling real estate in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. for over 100-plus years.

She routinely vacationed with her family at Sea Colony when her father worked with Carl M. Freeman as his CFO, and it was those vacations that eventually led her to make this area her permanent home. She has a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University. Courtney lives in Ocean View, Delaware, with her husband Marc, son Samuel and three rescue dogs.

Courtney is a member of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce and a supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Brandywine Valley SPCA and All Mutts Matter Animal Rescue Organization.
